  • Training with Ally does not guarantee specific training outcomes, but will work hard to help each team work towards their goals in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
  • All programs are booked as a monthly subscription, regardless of training completed. Please be sure that you have adequate time available to work through training sessions and missed live meetings are non refundable.
  •  When enrolling in a support package I understand that availability is limited.
  •  Future services: I authorise this contract to be valid approval for services so as to permit Training with Ally to accept all future telephone, online, mail, or email reservations.
  •  Training with Ally reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time if discretion determines that the owner’s pet poses a danger to the health or safety of itself, other pets, or other people.
  •  Training with Ally agrees to provide services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring, professional, and trustworthy manner. In consideration of the services as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against the company and its employees.
  •  This agreement is valid from the date signed, and replaces any prior legal considerations agreement. Client agrees to any future Training with Ally term changes relayed verbally to the client, mailed or emailed, or posted on the website under the heading Terms.
  • If enrollment does not appear to be in good faith Training with Ally reserves the right to revoke access immediately without prior warning
  • The owner understands that training an animal comes with its own inherent risks. By signing this contract the owner assumes all risk associated with training including but not limited to: destruction, injury, inter dog conflict, neighbor complaints, etc.
  •  All shared documents, PDFs, educational materials, and training is intended to assist an owned pet in their training protocol. No advice or materials are permitted for professional/personal use, and any use of said materials outside of our work together will directly lead to irreparable damage.
  • I permit Training with Ally to use photos and videos taken/shared throughout the training process for educational purposes. (client name and personal information will never be disclosed)
  • This course is not intended to diagnose or provide any advice on health or safety protocols. This course is for informational use only, please contact your vet professional for further guidance on your individual dog's health and safety plan.
  •  The owner states that they have read this agreement in its entirety and fully understands and accepts its terms and conditions.
